Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. This withdrawal period begins on the day you or a person designated by you receives the goods.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please send us an email at stormnancytigerer982@outlook.com within the 14-day withdrawal period. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a deduction if the returned item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to assess its condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery, custom or personalised items, and digital products. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the relevant product pages.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at stormnancytigerer982@outlook.com. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs in such cases.
