All orders are shipped from Dortmund, Germany.

Orders shipped to EU countries and other international destinations typically arrive within 7–21 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services in the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight or size of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. zunqexa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at stormnancytigerer982@outlook.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Replacements or refunds will be offered where appropriate.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. zunqexa is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
